- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight are non-refundable.
- In case of flight cancellations by Nepal Jet Airways, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight.
- A rescheduling fee of 5% of the ticket price will apply.
- Rescheduled flights are subject to availability.
Baggage Policy:
- Each passenger is allowed one piece of hand luggage (up to 7 kg) and one checked bag (up to 20 kg).
- Excess baggage will be charged at NPR 100 per kg.
