Nepal Jet Airways Private Limited is registered at the Office of Company Registrar of Nepal on 20th November 2024. Its corporate office is located at Tinkune-32, Kathmandu. Mr. Ganesh Kumar Upreti, Chairman cum Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Jet Airways Private Limited is the sole shareholder of the company. Nepal Jet Airways is a reputed business having presence in Aviation industries. Mr. Upreti began his career as an education consultant and served as the Director of American Education Consultancy. Having fifteen years of experience in the education sector, Mr. Upreti had taken a pivotal leadership role in founding the International School of Management and Technology (ISMT). This institution, which offers a range of Undergraduate and Post Graduate degrees in partnership with the University of Sunderland, UK.

Nepal Jet Airways plans to operate three ATR 72-600 series aircraft within a year out of which one will be purchased and two aircraft will be brought on dry lease agreement. It was formed with a view to enhance mobility of the Nepalese people and to promote tourism by offering safe, efficient and reliable air transportation services. Company Management vows to operate its airlines in a competitive, self-sustainable and feasible manner.
