Booking & Tickets
How can I book a ticket?
You can book flights directly through our website, mobile app, or authorized travel agents.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept eSewa, Khalti, bank transfers, FonePay, credit/debit cards, and international payments for tourists.
Can I cancel or reschedule my flight?
Yes, you can manage your booking online. Cancellation or rescheduling charges may apply depending on the fare conditions.
Will I get a confirmation after booking?
Yes, you will receive an e-ticket and confirmation via SMS and email.
Check-in & Baggage
How early should I arrive at the airport?
We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before departure for domestic flights.
What is the baggage allowance?
Each passenger is allowed 20kg of checked baggage and 7kg of hand carry. Additional charges apply for excess baggage.
Can I do online check-in?
Yes, online check-in will be available on our website and app soon.
